Katie Williams joined the Hawks Women's Soccer staff in the summer of 2023 and was named Head Coach of the program in the Fall of 2024.

Williams joins the staff after serving the past four seasons as the assistant coach at Birmingham Southern.

Williams spent four years at Birmingham Southern, was the Panthers’ starting goalkeeper for two years, and a captain her senior year. The four-time Southern Athletic Association Academic Honor Roll member was voted team MVP and earned the Heart and Soul Award. Williams graduated from BSC in 2016 Cum Laude with a degree in biology.

An Albany, Georgia native, she most recently coached at The Altamont School and Homewood Soccer Club. In 2020, Williams earned her master’s degree in sports management from Troy University.
